Michael Chang, M.D., chief medical officer for USA Health, recently joined the Mobile County Board of Health. He was elected to serve as secretary for 2021.

In this role, Kyle Rogers, R.N., will oversee USA Health’s transfer center, and handle responsibilities such as physician referrals, bed control, transport and emergency management coordination.
