We offer a series of three childbirth classes. You may sign up for all the classes or sign up for the ones that interest you the most.

1st Tuesday of the month: Understanding Pregnancy (3rd trimester)
Discuss issues related to late pregnancy, including emotions, discomforts, nutrition, potential complications, and more. We will practice exercises and breathing techniques in this class.
2nd Tuesday of the month: Understanding Labor
This segment will discuss all things about labor, comfort measures, obstetric medical procedures, and vaginal deliveries.
3rd Tuesday of the month: Understanding C-Sections, Newborns, and the Postpartum Period
This segment will include discussion of cesarean sections and the immediate recovery period, features of the newborn, and the postpartum period.
All classes are in the Panda Cares multipurpose room on the first floor.
