About Moh'd Khushman, M.D.

Dr. Khushman joined MCI in August 2015 after completing a fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at the University of Miami Leonard Miller School of Medicine, where he explored the role of identifying potential predictive markers to mTOR pathway-targeted therapy in pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. He also explored the role of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (FOLFIRINOX) in patients with locally advanced pancreatic adenocarcinoma.

Dr. Khushman is committed to providing his patients with the most cutting-edge and current evidence-based treatment in a compassionate and thoughtful manner. He sees patients at MCI in Mobile and at Monroe County Hospital in Monroeville.

Dr. Khushman holds a joint academic appointment in the Department of Medicine within the USA College of Medicine. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the European Society of Medical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology and the American Association for Cancer Research.
