Trying to navigate through a health system can often feel daunting, but our patient navigators are here to make it as seamless as possible. Depending on where you are in the process, they can point you in the right direction with questions about appointments, insurance, billing, visiting hours and other information. It’s all about providing personalized guidance and being an advocate on your healthcare journey.

MyUSAHealth Patient Portal

If you are an existing patient and have a question about ongoing patient care, treatments and prescription renewals, you can login to the MyUSAHealth patient portal. You can also view or cancel upcoming appointments.

If you do not have an account, talk with your provider about setting one up at your next appointment.

You can use our online appointment request form, and a USA Health team member will contact you to schedule your appointment.

To cancel an appointment or check on the date and time of an upcoming appointment, contact your physician's office directly. If you are an existing patient and have set up an account through the patient portal, please go directly to MyUSAHealth.
