USA Mitchell Cancer Institute’s Think Pink Tea is a free annual celebration of breast cancer awareness — a commitment to patients, survivors, advocates and the friends and family of those impacted by breast cancer. The Think Pink Tea is attended by patients, donors, media, and members of the community. It features a runway fashion show, a mix and mingle, a panel discussion and refreshments in the style of high tea. The models who walk the runway each year are breast cancer survivors who show off the latest styles in fashion, hair and makeup contributed by a sponsoring organization. The goal is to present a value-added event that benefits the participants and attendees, a celebration of awareness, achievement and triumph.

The event is free and open to the public, but reservations are required. Please RSVP online or by calling (251) 445-9691.

Breast Cancer Awareness Fashion Show

The models that walk the runway each year are current patients, breast cancer survivors, physicians, and others who have been affected by cancer. It is a celebration of survivors and no proceeds are taken.

This award-winning event is presented by MCI and has been recognized by the Public Relations Council of Alabama for its social and community impact.
