USA Health Employee Resources for COVID-19

Testing appointments: Employees can request a testing appointment using the COVID-19 Testing Form. Once the form is submitted, you will be able to self-schedule your appointment.

Vaccination appointments: USA Health employees (or their managers) can self-schedule vaccination appointments. The first step is to complete the Employee Criteria survey. After you complete the survey, you will receive a link via email to sign up for an appointment.

    Inpatient Testing Policy

    All patients admitted to UH and CW will have COVID-19 testing upon admission. COVID-19 testing power plans have been developed to guide providers in selecting the appropriate isolation orders and COVID-19 lab orders. Three different power plans have been developed -- one each for University Hospital, PEDs, and OB/GYN -- and each has been embedded into the appropriate admission order sets. This document has been created to further explain these order sets [PDF].
