This is a randomized trial for multiple sclerosis. The purpose is to evaluate disability risk between early aggressive therapy and traditional first-line therapy. Subject will be randomized to receive one of the two treatment types and will be evaluated over a 4 year period.


This trial is sponsored by Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI).
