HOPE Wellness

HOPE Wellness is a program designed to help cancer survivors improve their health, increase energy and foster peer interaction for social and emotional support. HOPE Wellness consists of low-impact exercises and meditation.

HOPE Wellness is currently recruiting cancer survivors and caregivers. Classes are held each Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Yoga and walking are alternated each week. Yoga is directed by a certified yoga instructor.

Hanes will discuss the different types of female urinary incontinence, which includes stress, urge and mixed incontinence, as well as various treatment options such as surgical repair. The event will be held virtually.
