RESEARCH FOCUS
My research focus on the endothelial dysfunction contributed by vascular stiffness on the progression of Pulmonary Artery Hypertension by exploring the role of mechanosensory protein (Syndecan-4) that can sense stiffness of the matrix and induce inter-endothelial gap formation through the activation of TRPC4 channel.
