Science on Tap is an informal talk on the science surrounding cancer held bimonthly at some of the coolest venues in Mobile and Gulf Shores. This is a free event, open to the entire community, with food and drinks available for purchase.

January’s Science on Tap featured gynecologic oncologist Dr. Jennifer Scalici and the topic "Chicken and the Egg: What hens tell us about ovarian cancer." In March, speakers Aishwarya Prakash, Ph.D., a cancer researcher specializing in crystallography, and Jessa Blount, a certified genetic counselor, presented "Genetics Made Crystal Clear."
