The registration fee includes all course materials, certificates of attendance, CME credits and continental breakfast, lunch,  coffee and snack at breaks. Participants assume responsibility for hotel accommodations and all other meals.

Refund Policy

A full refund will be given for written cancellation received on or before March 20, 2017.  No refunds will be given after this date.  The University of South Alabama Medical Center is not responsible for any cancellation or charge assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
