Typical shuffling gait of Parkinson's Disease. Note the flexed posture, poor arm swing and reduced fluidity of movement. It takes her several small steps to make a turn.


Motor control impairment

A patient-made documentary of his problems with Parkinson's Disease. Note problems with bradykinesia, dexterity and balance that are so disabling to him. The rest tremor is actually the least debilitating part of the illness in comparison to all the other movement problems, but is most easily recognized by patients and others around them.
