About Our Physicians

Dr. Haley Ballard is an assistant professor of internal medicine at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine. Dr. Ballard is a clinical educator and works as the attending physician for medical students during clinical clerkships and residents during inpatient ward coverage.

Dr. Ballard earned her medical degree from the USA College of Medicine. She completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at USA Medical Center.

She is a member of the Alabama Chapter of the American College of Physicians and of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.

Dr. Suneet Dullet, assistant professor of internal medicine at USA, is an internist with USA Physicians Group.

She earned her medical degree from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences in India. She completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at Los Angeles County-University of Southern California Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Dr. Dullet is a member of the American Medical Association, the Society of General Internal Medicine and the American College of Physicians.

Dr. Alana Schilthuis also is an assistant professor of internal medicine at the USA College of Medicine. Prior to her appointment, she served as a clinical instructor and chief resident in the internal medicine department at the USA Stanton Road Clinic.

Dr. Schilthuis earned her medical degree from the USA College of Medicine. She completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at USA. In addition, she is a member of the Medical Association of the State of Alabama and the American College of Physicians.

In her spare time, Dr. Schilthuis volunteers with the Christian Medical Ministry of South Alabama. During her time volunteering, she has served in Honduras and Rwanda, helping individuals challenged by access to sufficient health care.

Amanda Kelly, CRNP, is a nurse practitioner who sees general internal medicine patients at the Mastin Internal Medicine clinic.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of South Alabama. She also earned her Master of Science: Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner Track at USA.

She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
