giving-toys.jpgThank you for your interest in donating to USA Children's & Women's Hospital. For the safety of our patients, we ask that you please use these guidelines when making a donation. All donated items are inspected prior to distribution, and items not meeting our guidelines are redirected to appropriate local organizations or discarded.


Frequently Asked Questions:

Q. May I deliver my gift directly to the patients?

A. Due to infection control and HIPAA guidelines, groups and/or individuals may not deliver gifts directly to patient rooms. 

Q. When, where and how do I deliver my donation?

A. Donated items are received at the information desk in the hospital's main lobby, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. by appointment. You also may contact the hospital departments listed below for questions and to make an appointment for a drop-off.

Q. Can someone come and pick up my donation?

A. Due to staffing and transportation limitations, we are unable to pick up donations.

Gift cards allow patients to have fun choosing their own gift on a special occasion. Gift cards are especially useful for our Child Life Specialists and Teachers, allowing them to buy the most needed toys and games.
