MOBILE, Ala. - To better serve our staff and visitors, USA Medical Center's cafeteria is staying open later in the evenings and expanding menu selections beginning July 5, 2017.
The changes are being introduced following employee and physician feedback asking for expanded service hours and menu options, said Sam Dean, administrator at USA Medical Center. One of the biggest changes will be the addition of a late-night grill open until midnight, seven days a week. Another added feature is a new convection oven that can bake pizza or roast vegetables in just a few minutes.
"Please continue to offer feedback and new ideas as the staff looks for ways to improve the dining experience at USA Medical Center," Dean said. "I would like to offer special thanks to Food Services Manager Steve Lancaster and his team, and Facilities Management Director Lawrence Gardner and his team, for the cafeteria's new service and updated look."
